  Autoclaved aerated concrete block is a porous concrete building wall material made mainly from siliceous materials (such as sand and fly ash) and calcareous materials (such as lime and cement) through processes such as grinding, batching, mixing, pouring, aeration, static stopping, cutting, and steam curing. This product mainly solves the problems of heavy weight, poor thermal insulation performance, and low construction efficiency of traditional solid clay bricks. It is widely used in filling walls of frame structures, frame shear structures, and load-bearing walls of low rise buildings. Zhongmao autoclaved aerated concrete blocks have the characteristics of light weight, high strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance, and good processing performance. They are the mainstream choice for energy-saving wall materials in modern buildings and are suitable for internal and external wall masonry of various industrial and civil buildings.

  The conventional specifications for Zhongmao autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are 600mm in length, 300mm in height, and various thicknesses including 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, 240mm, etc. They can be customized and produced according to engineering needs. The product strength grades mainly include A3.5 and A5.0, and the dry density grades are divided into three levels: B05, B06, and B07, which meet the requirements of different building structures for wall load and strength. The implementation standard complies with the national standard GB/T 11968-2020 "Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks". The product has undergone strict steam curing technology to ensure stable internal structure, small dimensional deviation, smooth appearance, and no defects such as cracks, missing edges or corners.   When selecting, it is necessary to choose appropriate strength and density levels based on the load requirements, insulation requirements, and sound insulation requirements of the building design. The connection between the top of the wall and the beam slab should be fixed with diagonal masonry or specialized connectors to prevent cracks caused by settlement. In daily maintenance, it is necessary to avoid severe impact on the wall, and it is strictly prohibited to cut and drill holes on the wall at will. If pipelines need to be buried, special tools should be used to cut them, and repair mortar should be used to fill them after laying. Common faults such as wall cracking are often caused by shrinkage deformation or failure to hang a mesh on the plaster layer. It is recommended to lay alkali resistant fiberglass mesh cloth before plastering and use matching interface agents to improve the adhesion between the plaster layer and the blocks, and extend the service life of the wall.
