2. The high-speed scanner is installed above the conveyor line of the page matching station, capturing real-time QR codes/barcodes of documents, automatically comparing and archiving them with the database, and eliminating the problem of incorrect installation from the source.

4、 Real time online printing and labeling

Integrated online printing and labeling mechanism, compatible with conventional adhesive labels, with clear handwriting and firm label adhesion. The device receives real-time server data and barcode information, completes label printing, and accurately attaches it to the designated position on the back of the envelope.

5、 Adhesive sealing module

After the document is sealed, the equipment automatically sprays glue evenly on the sealing tongue of the envelope, and the sealing mechanism folds and presses the sealing tongue tightly. The colloid distribution is uniform, the envelope seal is tightly bonded, not easy to crack or tear, and the sealing effect is excellent.

6、 Letter collection institution

After the finished letter is output by the device, the collector automatically stacks it neatly in order. If it is necessary to increase the material collection capacity, additional collectors can be added to meet the needs of large-scale letter collection.
