    Description :

      Single layer punching mold is a core process component specialized for 3D three-dimensional punching and forming of materials such as hot air non-woven fabric and spunbond fabric. It uses a pair of precision matched punching rollers to continuously punch the coil on a high-speed production line, forming non-woven fabric products with specific breathability, water absorption, and appearance texture. It is widely used in hygiene products, medical protection, agricultural coverage, and other fields, solving the problem of traditional flat punching function being single and the hand feeling being stiff.


      The main body of the mold adopts a high-strength steel frame structure, and the internal core punching roller is made of wear-resistant copper alloy, ensuring dimensional stability and fatigue resistance under long-term operation. The roller surface length covers from 400mm to 2500mm, and the roller diameter range is from Φ 100mm to Φ 400mm, which can be adapted to production lines of different widths. The temperature difference on the roller surface is controlled within ± 2 ℃ to ensure uniformity during the processing of thermosensitive materials; The surface has undergone high-precision polishing treatment, with high pattern smoothness, no burrs or scratches, meeting the appearance requirements of high-end medical or maternal and child products.       When selecting, the combination of roller diameter and roller length should be determined based on the production line speed (60-80 meters/minute), material thickness, target aperture, and arrangement density. Suitable for online punching of thermoplastic non-woven materials such as hot air penetrating non-woven fabrics, SMS composite fabrics, PP spunbond fabrics, etc. Not suitable for metal foil, thick cardboard, or cold brittle materials. If higher production capacity or more complex 3D structures are required, multi-layer stacked molds or laser drilling systems can be considered. However, this single-layer mold has more advantages in cost and maintenance convenience, and is suitable for medium to high-speed stable production scenarios.


      During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the parallelism error of the two rollers is less than 0.05mm. It is recommended to add high-temperature lithium grease to the bearing seat every 500 hours for lubrication. Daily maintenance includes regularly cleaning the accumulated fiber debris on the roller surface, checking for abnormal gear transmission noise, and monitoring motor current fluctuations to determine abnormal loads. Common faults such as hole displacement are often caused by uneven tension, and the position of the guide roller should be adjusted; If the pattern is blurry, it is necessary to stop polishing the roller surface or replace the severely worn copper alloy layer. The normal service life can reach 3-5 years, depending on the material's abrasion properties. Avoiding overload operation can significantly extend the service life.
