    Description :

Industrial high-temperature air source water heater is a heating device that utilizes the reverse Carnot principle to absorb low-grade thermal energy from the surrounding environment and convert it into high-grade thermal energy. It mainly solves the problems of high cost, low safety, and high environmental pressure of traditional electric heating or gas heating in industrial applications. This device is suitable for working conditions that require a large amount of hot water and have high requirements for water temperature, such as electroplating pool heating, constant temperature in the printing and dyeing industry, food processing disinfection, and central hot water supply in hotels. By using a compressor to do work, the heat in the air is transferred to the water, which can operate stably even in low-temperature environments. The highest outlet water temperature can reach 85 ℃, meeting the high-temperature water demand of various industrial processes. It is an ideal energy-saving solution to replace traditional boilers.

The core components of industrial high-temperature air source water heaters include high-efficiency scroll compressors, titanium or stainless steel heat exchangers, electronic expansion valves, and intelligent control systems. The shell is usually made of galvanized steel plate spray painted or stainless steel material, which has anti-corrosion and anti rust properties and is suitable for industrial environments with humidity or slightly corrosive gases. The implementation standard complies with GB/T 25127.1-2020 "Low ambient temperature air source heat pump (chiller) units" and relevant energy efficiency limit requirements. The unit is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms, including high voltage protection, low voltage protection, overload protection, and antifreeze protection, to ensure the stability of the equipment during long-term continuous operation. The heat transfer efficiency is less affected by the ambient temperature, and it is equipped with a large-area finned evaporator to enhance the heat absorption capacity. Some models support modular parallel installation, which facilitates flexible capacity expansion according to actual heat load.

When selecting an industrial high-temperature air source water heater, it is important to consider the daily water consumption, the required maximum water temperature, and the local extreme winter temperatures. If only domestic hot water (45-55 ℃) is needed, ordinary low-temperature heat pumps are sufficient; But if it involves industrial cleaning, sterilization, or process heating (60-85 ℃), a specially designed high-temperature machine must be selected, with its compressor exhaust temperature and refrigerant type (such as R134a or R245fa) specially optimized. Compared with coal-fired boilers, the initial investment is slightly higher but the operating costs can be reduced by 50% -70%; Compared with electric boilers, the coefficient of performance (COP) is usually above 3.0, which means that 1 kWh of electricity is consumed to generate more than three times the amount of heat energy. Not applicable scenarios include enclosed spaces without ventilation (ensuring air intake) and extremely cold areas without auxiliary heat sources. In this case, electric auxiliary heating or a stacked system should be used to ensure heating effectiveness.

When installing industrial high-temperature air source water heaters, it is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient maintenance space around the unit, and that there is no obstruction between the air inlet and outlet to avoid air flow short circuits and efficiency decline. Y-shaped filters need to be installed for water pipeline connections to prevent impurities from blocking the heat exchanger. It is also recommended to install a soft water device to reduce scale formation and extend equipment life. Daily maintenance includes regularly cleaning the dust and willow fluff on the evaporator fins, checking if the refrigerant pressure gauge reading is normal, and cleaning the sediment inside the water tank. Common faults such as poor heating efficiency are often caused by dirty filter screens or fan failures, and should be promptly investigated; If a high pressure alarm occurs, check whether the condenser is scaling or if the fan speed is abnormal. Regular maintenance can maintain efficient operation of the unit, reduce failure rates, and ensure continuous and stable supply of hot water for industrial production.
