  Coal mine hydraulic support antifreeze is a low-temperature working medium designed specifically for underground hydraulic support systems, mainly to solve the problems of hydraulic system freezing, pipeline rupture, and seal damage during cold regions or winter shutdowns. This product is based on ethylene glycol or propylene glycol as the base liquid, compounded with high-efficiency rust inhibitors, anti-wear agents, and defoamers to ensure good fluidity in extreme low temperature environments ranging from -35 ℃ to -45 ℃, ensuring the normal expansion and contraction of hydraulic support columns, jacks, and other actuating components. It is suitable for various types of hydraulic support equipment in fully mechanized mining faces.

  This hydraulic support antifreeze complies with the requirements for low-temperature performance in relevant industry standards such as MT/T 76-2011 "Emulsified Oil, Concentrated Liquid and High Water Content Hydraulic Fluid for Hydraulic Support". The typical freezing point range covers multiple levels such as -25 ℃, -35 ℃, and -45 ℃, which can be selected according to the actual ambient temperature of the mine. The product has excellent copper corrosion protection level (Level 1), and is non corrosive to metal materials such as steel, cast iron, and aluminum. At the same time, it has good rubber compatibility and does not cause the sealing components to expand or harden. The appearance is usually colorless transparent or light yellow liquid, with a density of about 1.10-1.13g/cm ³ and a pH value controlled between 7.5-9.0 to ensure long-term storage stability.

  When selecting, special consideration should be given to the historical lowest temperature in the location of the mine. It is recommended that the freezing point be 5-10 ℃ lower than the lowest ambient temperature to leave room for excess. For the mixed use of high-temperature areas in deep wells and low-temperature areas at wellhead, it is necessary to evaluate the annual temperature variation range. Compared with traditional water-based emulsions, antifreeze has a higher cost, but does not require the discharge of antifreeze, making it suitable for winter shutdown maintenance or frequently open working faces in cold regions. If the temperature in the mine is above 0 ℃ all year round, it is recommended to use ordinary emulsion to reduce costs; If there is a risk of coal dust explosion, it is necessary to confirm whether the product has corresponding flame retardant properties or has passed relevant safety certifications.

  Thoroughly clean the hydraulic system before use, empty the original water-based medium, and avoid sedimentation or reduced antifreeze effect after mixing. When adding, a filtering device should be used to prevent impurities from entering the precision valve group. Regularly check the freezing point, pH value, and viscosity changes during daily maintenance. It is generally recommended to check every six months and replenish the original solution in a timely manner based on volatilization and leakage. Common faults include local freezing caused by freezing point rise, increase of foam affecting transmission efficiency, etc. If any abnormality is found, the formula shall be replaced or adjusted in time. Store in a cool and ventilated place, away from sources of fire, and the shelf life is usually 2-3 years.
