      Coal mine hydraulic support concentrate is a new and efficient emulsion oil mother liquor designed specifically for hydraulic support systems in fully mechanized mining faces. This product mainly solves the problems of soap separation, layering, and reduced rust prevention performance of traditional emulsified oil in high hardness water environments underground. It achieves long-distance transportation and low dilution ratio use through a high concentration formula. Typical working conditions are suitable for lubrication and rust prevention protection of hydraulic support columns, jacks, and pipeline systems in various longwall fully mechanized mining faces, which can significantly reduce water consumption and transportation costs in mines. It is a key consumable for modern mine fluid management.


      The concentrated solution for this hydraulic support is usually made by compounding high-quality mineral base oil with high-performance emulsifiers, extreme pressure anti-wear agents, and rust inhibitors. The appearance is mostly brownish red or dark brown transparent liquid, with a density generally between 0.85-0.95g/cm ³, and a common range of kinematic viscosity (40 ℃) between 20-40mm ²/s. The product implements industry standards such as MT/T 76-2011 Emulsion Oil, Concentrated Fluid and High Water Content Hydraulic Fluid for Hydraulic Support, and has excellent resistance to hard water. It can stably emulsify in 300-500ppm or higher hardness mine water, form a uniform and delicate milky white lotion, without soap precipitation, and ensure that the seals of the hydraulic system are not corroded.


      When selecting, special attention should be paid to the hardness index and chloride ion content of mine water. If the water quality has extremely high hardness, a specialized model with higher resistance to hard water should be selected. This product is suitable for dilution ratios usually ranging from 1:20 to 1:30, which need to be adjusted according to the results of on-site water quality testing. Unlike ordinary emulsified oil, the concentrated solution needs to be added through a strict proportioning mixer. It is not suitable for non coal mines or waterless working environment with extreme special requirements for environmental protection. If a large amount of pulverized coal or impurities are mixed in the system, it needs to be used together with an efficient backwash filter device to extend the service life of lotion.


      During use, the accuracy of the automatic liquid dispensing device should be regularly checked to ensure stable dilution ratio and avoid rust prevention failure caused by low concentration or waste caused by high concentration. The typical service cycle depends on the advancing speed of the working face and the pollution degree of lotion. It is generally recommended to detect the concentration and pH value of lotion every shift. Daily maintenance should pay attention to maintaining a storage temperature between 5-35 ℃ to prevent freezing, thawing, and emulsion breaking. After opening, it should be used as soon as possible and sealed for storage. Common faults such as lotion blackening, peculiar smell or layering are mostly caused by bacteria breeding or serious oil leakage, so it is necessary to replace new liquid and clean the oil tank pipeline in time.
