Beijing Zhongbei Xinlian Vocational Skills Appraisal Center (Limited Partnership)
Beijing Zhongbei Xinlian Vocational Skills Appraisal Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Zhongbei Xinlian") is a non-governmental organization established in 2012 by renowned psychology professors Zhang Qingzhi and Zheng Richang (the predecessor of the Beijing Federation of Social and Psychological Work, with Zhang Qingzhi serving as its president). In May 2024, the center was registered as a limited partnership enterprise with a registered capital of 1 million yuan, undertaking the pilot project of the National Standards Committee's school mental health service standards.
