    Polyethylene coated steel pipe is a composite pipeline made of high-quality seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe as the base material, using high-temperature electrostatic spraying technology to uniformly melt and coat polyethylene (PE) powder on the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe, and then solidify at high temperature to form a dense and smooth plastic anti-corrosion protective layer.

    The pipe material combines the advantages of high strength, high pressure resistance, and good rigidity of steel pipes, while also incorporating the characteristics of polyethylene material such as acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, non rusting, smooth inner wall, and hygiene and environmental protection. It is an upgraded version of traditional steel pipes and galvanized pipes.
