Wang Jianhua pointed out that there are many favorable factors in the steel market fundamentals in December, mainly manifested in the following aspects: firstly, the supply increment in December may be much lower than expected. This month, domestic crude steel production decreased by 0.7% year-on-year. Many people believe that since the annual production control task has been completed, production can be released in December. However, according to research data estimates, the supply increment in December may be much lower than expected, "said Wang Jianhua. Wang Jianhua introduced that currently, there has been a shortage of some varieties and specifications in the Tangshan area of Hebei Province. In addition, the level of heavy pollution weather prevention and control has been raised, and logistics transportation has been restricted, which has affected the delivery resources of some steel enterprises. It cannot be ruled out that some regions may experience a shortage of certain varieties of resources. Secondly, there has been a slight improvement in actual demand recently. In terms of volume, the average daily trading volume of sample enterprises has rebounded in the past five weeks. In November, the average daily trading volume increased by 1.9% month on month, and the year-on-year decline narrowed from 27.9% in October to 19%. From the inventory perspective, since November, the stock of threaded steel in sample enterprises has decreased by 1.1078 million tons instead of increasing, and the total inventory of the five major varieties has decreased by 1.1286 million tons instead of increasing. Wang Jianhua said that the inventory decline in many places showed that the actual demand was better than expected. From historical consumption data, it can be seen that demand does not decrease significantly month on month in the two months leading up to the Spring Festival each year, and even shows a trend of month on month growth in some years. Considering the special nature of this year, the government has been regulating the real estate industry for some time, and has also emphasized the need to form physical workloads by the end of this year and the beginning of next year, with an expected further rebound in demand. The construction business activity index and new order index rebounded 2.2 percentage points and 1.9 percentage points respectively month on month, both in an expanding trend. Based on the characteristics of the project layout and the environmental conditions on site, a measurement and construction plan shall be formulated. Establish a fixed observation route between the control point and the settlement observation point, and mark the instrument stations and turning points with markers to ensure that all observations follow a unified route.
3. Settlement observation
According to the prepared engineering survey plan and the determined observation period, observation should be carried out in a timely manner after the observation points are firmly set up. Generally, high-rise buildings have one or several underground structures, and observation should start from the foundation. Settlement observation points (temporary) should be buried at the designed positions on the longitudinal and transverse axes of the foundation (foundation edge), and observation should be carried out after the temporary observation points are stable. The elevation values of the settlement observation points used for observation are the basis for comparison in future observations, and their accuracy requirements are very high. Generally, N2 or N3 level precision leveling instruments are used for measurement. And it is required that the elevation of each observation point should be determined after two simultaneous observations.
As the structure rises one level, temporary observation points are moved up one level and observed until 10:00, and then observation points are buried according to regulations (for ease of observation, observation points can be set at 1050mm). Then retest every layer of construction until completion.
