Relevant departments need to make reasonable predictions on new demand, develop annual plans for various road construction projects, and publicize them to the society, playing a role in mutual supervision and also giving citizens a general understanding. Feng Xiaowen also suggested strengthening overall coordination and reducing the impact of road excavation on the public.

　　Feng Xiaowen did not expect that her suggestion was taken seriously and directly promoted the treatment of the stubborn problem of repeated road excavation.
