    Description :

      Since October 2020, steel prices have risen significantly, but due to cost pressures, the profit per ton of steel has remained at a relatively low level. According to calculations, when the price of rebar exceeded 4600 yuan in December 2020, the profit per ton of steel was only 400 yuan. Recently, with the weakening of steel prices and the replenishment of raw materials by steel mills, raw material prices have risen, and steelmaking costs have increased. Long process steel mills are generally in a state where the price of rebar is about 300 yuan/ton and the price of hot coil is about 200 yuan/ton. Due to the lagging cost effect and the sustained upward trend of raw material prices before the year, if steel prices cannot strengthen, the overall time for steel mills will be extended. After the demand improves after the year, the willingness to raise prices will increase.

      The inventory pressure of threaded steel is greater than that of hot coils. As of January 28th, the total inventory of threaded steel according to Steel Union statistics was 8.917 million tons, an increase of 2.56 million tons compared to the same period last year and an increase of 3.1 million tons compared to the same period last year. The accumulation rate was faster than in previous years, which is related to the early return of construction personnel. Based on the current accumulation rate, the inventory of rebar this year is expected to reach a peak of 20 million tons, second only to last year. Compared to rebar, the demand for hot-rolled coils has performed well, with a weekly apparent consumption of 3.3 million tons in January, an increase of 100000 tons year-on-year. The inventory pressure is not significant, and there is basically no obvious accumulation of inventory in January. The price decline is mainly due to the drag of rebar.

      The methods of on-site pouring and prefabricated beams can be used for the beam body of the bridge, so the layout of settlement observation markers for the beam body is different:

      1. For cast-in-place beams, settlement observation markers should be set up hole by hole for observation.

      2. For prefabricated beams, generally only one observation mark needs to be set every 30 holes.

      3. For beams constructed with mobile formwork, it is necessary to focus on observing the first 6 holes. After verifying the accuracy of the bracket arch, an observation mark can be set every 10 holes.
