According to the Reply of the Management Committee of China (Mianyang) Science and Technology City on Adjusting the Approval of the Third Phase Project of China Science and Technology City Mianyang Convention and Exhibition Center (Science and Technology City Management Committee Letter [2016] No. 73), Mianyang Science and Technology City Development Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. is responsible for implementing the third phase of the Science and Technology City Convention and Exhibition Center project. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the competitive negotiation of settlement observation for the project is hereby announced as follows.
1、 Project Name: Settlement Observation of Phase III, Section 2 of the Convention and Exhibition Center.
2、 Project location: Mianyang Convention and Exhibition Center Phase III
3、 Settlement observation content:
1. Monitoring objective: Based on the layout plan of the foundation pit monitoring for the second section of the third phase of the exhibition provided by the geological exploration unit, conduct settlement observation of the foundation pit and buildings.
2. Monitoring content: mainly monitoring the horizontal and vertical displacement of the slope top around the foundation pit, and monitoring the deformation speed of the foundation pit; Set up relevant settlement monitoring points after the construction of the foundation cushion layer to monitor the settlement displacement of the foundation pit and the settlement data of the building after future load loading. Mainly set up slope top horizontal displacement and settlement observation points around the foundation pit; Ground settlement monitoring points are set up in the tennis court and swimming pool areas on the west side of the foundation pit (mainly for observing the settlement of buildings).
3. According to the requirements of the national "Code for Deformation Measurement of Buildings" JGJ8-2007, conduct settlement observation and prepare a settlement observation report.
4. Monitoring cycle: Generally, the monitoring is carried out according to the table below. If there are any abnormal deformations in the observation data of the top displacement and settlement of the foundation pit during the construction process. ② The settlement observation related values exceed the warning value. ③ Cracks and collapses have occurred on the roads and slopes around the foundation pit. ④ Abnormal situations occur in the building itself and surrounding buildings. ⑤ Abnormal situations caused by natural disasters, etc. The settlement observation plan should be adjusted in a timely manner and the monitoring frequency should be increased. Simultaneously report to the on-site supervisor for filing.

Based on the survey data provided by the geological exploration unit, set up observation points according to the settlement observation plan, record and statistically analyze settlement observation data. The observation data results comply with relevant regulations, and the observation unit is responsible for the settlement observation related data.
7、 Monitoring deadline: Meet the monitoring deadline requirements of the construction unit.
8、 Materials to be submitted during registration
