On the morning of January 8th, as a yellow light flashed past the railway tracks, after 4 years of construction, the Hangzhou Shaoxing Taizhou high-speed railway was finally officially opened! The Hangzhou Shaoxing Taizhou Railway is undertaken by the Shanghai Railway Bureau, with a total investment of 44.89 billion yuan. It is an important component of the national coastal railway fast passenger transport channel and is a high-speed railway line controlled by private capital in Chinese history. At the same time, this is also part of the trial implementation of China's railway economic reform, marking a new era in the reform of China's railway investment system.


The Hangzhou Shaoxing Taizhou High speed Railway is one of the first PPP demonstration projects in China. The railway starts from Hangzhou East Station and passes through Shaoxing North Station, Dongguan Station, Sanjie Station, Shengzhou Xinchang Station, Tiantai Station, Linhai Station, Taizhou Central Station, and Wenling Station, with a total of 9 stations and a total length of 269 kilometers. The newly built main line connects to the Hangzhou Ningbo High speed Railway to the north and leads out from Shaoxing North Station, with a total length of 224 kilometers and a target speed of 350 km/h. The Hangzhou Shaoxing Taizhou high-speed railway has reduced the travel time from Hangzhou to Taizhou from about 2 hours to about 1 hour, providing great convenience for the travel of citizens along the line. According to interviews, more enthusiastic passengers expressed that the high-speed rail ticket price from Shengzhou Xinchang to Hangzhou is only 55.5 yuan, which is cheaper than a bus. It can be seen that the Hangzhou Shaoxing Taizhou Railway is not only convenient but also beneficial to the people.


This is a road that travels through Tang poetry, connecting a large number of famous scenic spots and historical sites such as Lu Xun's hometown, Tianlao Mountain scenic area, Tiantai Mountain scenic area, and Taizhou City Wall along the way. It can be said to be the golden tourism route in Zhejiang Province. Not only that, the Hangzhou Shaoxing Taizhou Railway is also accelerating the adjustment of economic structure along the line, accelerating the process of urbanization, speeding up population circulation, and expanding employment opportunities. The observation period for general buildings can start after the foundation is completed or the basement is built, while for large and high-rise buildings, observation can start after the foundation cushion or foundation bottom is completed. When a building suddenly experiences significant settlement, uneven settlement, or severe cracks, continuous observations should be conducted immediately on a daily or daily basis. If the settlement is still unstable after the completion of the building, observation should continue during the use phase. Judgment of settlement stability: In general observation projects, if the settlement rate is less than 0.01-0.04mm/day, it can be considered that the settlement stability stage has been entered.
