The Changyi Changsha Railway Section 3, constructed by China Railway Fifth Bureau, covers two prefecture level cities, Changde City and Yiyang City, with a total length of 33.4 kilometers. The Zishui Extra Large Bridge, with a total length of 9267.57 meters, uses continuous beams to cross Zishui and is a key control project of the entire project. The Changyi Changsha Railway is a passenger dedicated line with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The line starts from Changde Station in Changde City and ends at Changsha West Station, with a total of 5 stations including Changde Station, Hanshou South Station, Yiyang South Station, Ningxiang West Station, and Changsha West Station.
