　　(5) During the construction period, if the construction is suspended for more than three months due to unforeseen circumstances, observation should be conducted during the suspension and before resuming work;

　　(6) The settlement period from structural topping out to project completion should meet the following requirements:

　　1) When the settlement is uniform and the average settlement within three consecutive months does not exceed 1mm, observe once every three months;

　　2) When the average settlement does not exceed 2mm every three months for two consecutive times, observe once every six months;

　　3) Timely observation should be made when there are drastic changes in the external environment;

　　4) Observe once before handover;

　　5) After completion, the construction unit should observe once every six months until it is basically stable (1 mm/100d). [3]

　　2. The observation points should avoid places where there are protrusions (such as window sills) above that affect the vertical ruler, or use a 1.5m or 2.0m leveling ruler for observation.
