During the 13th Five Year Plan period, China's telecommunications industry vigorously promoted the acceleration and cost reduction, not only building a global telecommunications network, but also reducing the average tariff level of fixed broadband and mobile data by more than 95%. The network capability has significantly increased, and the network level is global. According to the prepared engineering survey plan and the determined observation period, observation should be carried out in a timely manner after the observation points are firmly set up. Generally, high-rise buildings have one or several underground structures, and observation should start from the foundation. Settlement observation points (temporary) should be buried at the designed positions on the longitudinal and transverse axes of the foundation (foundation edge), and observation should be carried out after the temporary observation points are stable. The elevation values of the settlement observation points used for observation are the basis for comparison in future observations, and their accuracy requirements are very high. Generally, N2 or N3 level precision leveling instruments are used for measurement. And it is required that the elevation of each observation point should be determined after two simultaneous observations.
As the structure rises one level, temporary observation points are moved up one level and observed until 10:00, and then observation points are buried according to regulations (for ease of observation, observation points can be set at 1050mm). Then retest every layer of construction until completion.

5. Summary of Statistical Tables
(1) Based on the settlement calculated by adjusting each observation period, compile a statistical table and summarize it.
(2) Draw the subsidence curves of each observation point. Firstly, establish the coordinates of the settlement curve, with the horizontal axis representing the time coordinate, the upper half of the vertical axis representing the load value, and the lower half representing the settlement amount for each settlement observation period.
Plot the settlement measured for each observation period in the statistical table on the coordinates, and also plot the corresponding load values on the coordinates. Connect the lines to obtain the settlement curve corresponding to the load values.
(3) Based on the settlement statistics table and settlement curve chart, the settlement trend of the building can be predicted, and the settlement situation of the building can be promptly reported to the relevant competent authorities to guide the construction correctly. Observation of uneven settlement of important buildings is particularly important on foundations with high subsidence.
The analysis of settlement observation results can also identify the main factors affecting the settlement of buildings with similar structural forms in the same area, guide construction units to prepare construction organization designs correctly, and provide valuable first-hand information for survey and design units to design more complete construction drawings.
