With increasingly strict national environmental requirements, desulfurization, denitrification, and other flue gas treatment devices have been adopted in sintering plants since the 20th century. Moreover, unlike coal-fired power plants, sintering flue gas treatment equipment faces problems such as high investment, high operating costs, low efficiency, and complex by-products. However, if sintering flue gas is directly discharged, it will take away a large amount of heat and cause energy waste. Therefore, there is still room for reducing energy consumption in response to the high fuel consumption of sintered solids.
