      This series of sludge dewatering centrifuge (also known as horizontal screw centrifugal dewatering machine) is a continuously operated settling centrifuge. It has the characteristics of high processing capacity, low energy consumption, stable performance, and good separation effect. It can continuously feed, wash, dehydrate and discharge the suspension at full speed, and is currently a novel, technologically advanced, efficient and low consumption sludge dewatering equipment in solid-liquid separation machinery at home and abroad.

      LW series sludge dewatering centrifuge integrated sludge dewatering centrifuge workflow:

      The sludge to be processed is connected to the input end of the sludge feeding system through a pipeline, and is cut into impurities and long fibers by a sludge cutting machine. It is then fed by a sludge feeding pump with variable frequency flow rate. After being measured by a flow meter, it is input into the sludge dewatering host to achieve the feeding amount.

      After the flocculant (powder) is prepared in proportion and fully dissolved and stirred in the dispensing tank, it enters the storage tank. The dosing pump determines the flow rate according to the dehydration process requirements and enters the dehydration host to mix with the sludge to be treated, flocculation into alum flowers. After the sludge is dehydrated by the dehydration host, the clarified sewage is discharged through the clarified liquid pipeline. The differential speed is automatically feedback adjusted according to the load and sludge concentration changes, and the pushing power is automatically compensated to ensure the constant dryness of the dehydrated sludge and obtain drier sludge cake. The mud cake is continuously discharged from the main machine's slag discharge outlet, and the sludge to be treated is continuously input. The continuous discharge and transportation of clarified liquid and dehydrated sludge is a fully automatic processing process. The dosing, feeding, sludge transportation, and operation status of the entire device are detected and controlled by the PLC electrical control box, making the device a fully automatic and intelligent complete operation unit.

      The dehydrated sludge is pumped into the sludge bin by a screw pump. The stored sludge is regularly loaded onto trucks and transported out according to the height of the material bin.
