This series of models is referred to as the oil-water slag three-phase separator.
The working principle of the oil-water slag three-phase separator is to utilize the difference in specific gravity between the oil, water, and slag, and rely on the centrifugal force field to expand it by thousands of times. The solid phase is settled under the action of centrifugal force, and the two liquid phases are also layered, thus achieving the separation of oil, water, and slag into three phases, which are discharged from the body under the action of a special mechanism.
The characteristics of the oil-water slag three-phase separator equipment are:
(1) High efficiency: This equipment is a continuous, enclosed, and automatic device that completes its work without causing blockages. During the operation, there is no need to use high-pressure water to flush the interior of the machine, resulting in high production efficiency.
