      This equipment, abbreviated as oil-water slag three-phase separator, is designed mainly for the separation of solid (slag) - liquid (water) - liquid (oil) three-phase in oil containing mixtures. It is an advanced model developed based on more than ten years of practical experience in the separation field in our factory, ensuring uninterrupted and stable operation 24 hours a day. It mainly consists of a drive device, differential, screw, drum, hood, machine base, and control system.

      Working principle of the three-phase separator for swill waste water, oil-water residue:

      It mainly consists of a driving part, a rotary drum, and a screw conveyor. The structure is compact and the volume is small. Its operation is based on the principle of sedimentation, which means that solid particles with a specific liquid weight precipitate out within a predetermined time. This principle can also be applied to two liquids that have a specific gravity difference and are immiscible. When the material enters the high-speed rotating drum, it rotates synchronously with the drum inside. Due to different densities, the centrifugal force it receives is different. Solid particles with higher densities receive greater centrifugal force, followed by heavy phase liquids (such as water), and light phase liquids (such as oil) receive smaller centrifugal force. In this way, a concentric solid layer and two liquid layers are formed from the outside to the inside according to the magnitude of the centrifugal force received. The solid is pushed out by the screw conveyor, and the liquid is discharged from its respective liquid inlet. So the application of a three-phase spiral centrifuge can not only separate the solids in the material, but also separate the two-phase liquids with different densities in the material, that is, it can perform solid-liquid separation.

      The characteristics of the 355 type oil-water residue three-phase separator for swill waste water and oil-water residue are:
