355 type hogwash oil-water separation equipment
Abbreviation: Oil Water Slag Three Phase Separation Machine, as a new type of equipment for separating water, oil, water and slag, its working principle is that two liquid phases and one solid phase enter the centrifuge, and the solid-liquid density difference is utilized, and the centrifugal force field is used to expand it by thousands of times. The solid phase is settled under the action of centrifugal force, and the two liquid phases are also layered, thus achieving solid-liquid three-phase separation, and are discharged from the body under the action of special mechanisms.
Working process of oil-water residue three-phase separator:
The wastewater oil to be processed is input into a high-speed rotating centrifuge through a tar pump. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid phase wastewater oil residue with high density settles onto the drum wall and is transported by a screw conveyor to the cone end of the drum, where the residue is discharged from the discharge port. Oil and water form a concentric ring, with light phase liquid (water) in the innermost layer of the drum and discharged through the light phase liquid discharge port, and heavy phase liquid (oil) in the outer layer of the drum and discharged through the heavy phase liquid discharge port. The entire feeding and separation process is continuous, closed, and automated.

The feeding requirements for the 355 type hogwash oil-water separation equipment are as follows:
1. Material concentration:
The material is required to have good flowability, with no impact on the feed. The weight percentage of the mixed liquid-solid phase concentration is generally ≤ 20% (good flowability can be appropriately relaxed).
2. Material temperature:
The allowable material temperature for this centrifuge is 80-120C.
3. Separation range:
A、 When the viscosity of the liquid phase is low and the particle size of the solid phase is large, it is required that the difference in specific gravity between solid, liquid, and liquid be ≥ 0.05g/cm3 (solid weight, liquid weight).
B、 When the viscosity of the liquid phase is low and the difference in specific gravity between the solid and liquid phases is large (specific gravity difference ≥ 1g/cm3), it is required that the solid phase particles be ≥ 0.005mm and the difference in specific gravity between the liquid and liquid phases be ≥ 0.05g/cm3.
C、 When the viscosity of the liquid phase is high or the solid-liquid density is small and the solid particles are very fine, it will affect the separation effect and may even be unsuitable.
D、 When solid particles are easily damaged, it will also affect the separation efficiency.
4. Corrosion resistance condition:
The materials for the parts in contact with the liquid and filter cake in this centrifuge can be determined according to the order requirements. If there are no special requirements for the order, the carbon steel type is carbon steel; The stainless steel type is 304. When the mixed solution is highly corrosive, it will not be suitable or affect the service life, and it is required to regularly detect the corrosion of the equipment during use. When the drum wall and connecting parts are corroded or other defects that affect strength appear, the use must be stopped immediately, otherwise the company will not be responsible for any consequences.
