The structure of the three-phase horizontal spiral centrifuge for oil-water residue mainly consists of a rotary drum, a screw conveyor, a large and thin end cover shaft, left and right bearing seats, a differential, motor transmission components, a machine base, a hood, an electrical control box, and other components.
Working principle of three-phase spiral centrifuge for oil-water residue
After the drum and screw conveyor of the three-phase spiral centrifuge for oil-water residue are started at full speed, due to the strong centrifugal force field during rotation, suspended materials enter the screw through the feed pipe, and the materials enter the drum through the discharge hole on the screw drum. Under the action of centrifugal force field, solid substances with high specific gravity deposit on the drum wall, forming an annular solid layer. Under the action of the differential mechanism, the screw conveyor ensures a stable differential speed between the screw and the drum. The solid precipitate after dehydration is pushed out from the slag outlet at the small end of the conical cylinder, while the lighter specific gravity clear liquid overflows from the overflow outlet at the cylindrical end, thus working continuously and achieving the purpose of continuous separation.
