      This equipment, abbreviated as the horizontal oil-water slag three-phase separator, is a device that relies on its own rotating main bearing (a combination of spiral and rotary drum) to rotate at high speed, forming an acceleration several thousand times higher than the gravitational acceleration inside the main bearing, causing the substances to be separated to layer due to the difference in specific gravity between light phase liquid, heavy phase liquid, and solid phase; The solid phase settles onto the inner wall of the drum, forming a solid ring layer, while two liquid phases with different densities form concentric cylinders, with the lighter liquid phase in the inner layer and the heavier liquid phase in the outer layer. The thickness of the different liquid ring layers can be adjusted through a uniquely designed adjustable overflow plate; Then, through the differential gearbox of the equipment, relative motion is generated between the drum and the screw in the rotating main bearing, so that the solid phase deposited on the drum wall is transported by the screw conveyor to the small end of the drum, and is further squeezed in both directions at the cone end of the drum to improve the solid content of the sediment.
