The basic principle of fly ash centrifugal dewatering equipment is to use any two or three phases of light liquid phase, heavy liquid phase, and solid phase (slag phase) with different densities and immiscibility in the mixed liquid (turbid liquid) to obtain different centrifugal forces in the centrifugal force field and generate different settling velocities, in order to achieve the purpose of separating and layering or settling solid particles in the liquid.
The material enters the high-speed rotating drum, and due to the varying degrees of centrifugal force, the solid particles in the mixed liquid are affected by a larger centrifugal force and settle on the inner wall of the drum. The light phase in the mixed liquid is subjected to the smallest centrifugal force and settles on the innermost side of the drum, while the heavy phase settles in the middle of these two phases (if there is a three-phase separation with this phase, there is no phase between the two phases). The spiral feeder, which rotates in the same direction as the drum, also rotates at high speed. Both are generated by a differential, and the solid particles that settle on the inner wall of the drum are transported by the spiral feeder to the solid discharge port of the drum. The light phase and heavy phase (if there is a three-phase separation with this phase, there is no phase between the two phases) are transported by different conveyors. The exit has been separated.
