This is an automatic, continuous operation, long-term operation, and easy maintenance. Can work under pressure and low temperature. Basic working principle of horizontal screw oil-water residue separator:
The working principle is to utilize the difference in specific gravity between oil, water, and slag, and rely on the centrifugal force field to expand it by thousands of times. The solid phase is settled under the action of centrifugal force, and the two liquid phases are also layered, thereby achieving three-phase separation of oil, water, and slag, and discharging them from the body under the action of special mechanisms.
