This device is a new type of three-phase horizontal screw settling centrifuge. Its working principle is to use the solid-liquid density difference and rely on the centrifugal force field to expand it by thousands of times. The oil sludge to be processed is input into a high-speed rotating centrifuge through a tar pump. Under the action of centrifugal force, the high-density solid oil sludge settles onto the wall of the rotary drum and is transported by a screw conveyor to the cone end of the rotary drum, where the tar residue is discharged from the discharge port. Oil sludge and water form concentric rings, with light phase liquid in the innermost layer of the drum and discharged through the light phase liquid discharge port, and heavy phase liquid in the outer layer of the drum and discharged through the heavy phase liquid discharge port.
