The coal slurry centrifugal dewatering machine is a device that uses the principle of centrifugal settling for solid-liquid separation. The suspension in the separation process enters the drum through the feed pipe and spiral device. Under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, solid particles with a higher density deposit on the inner wall of the drum to form a sediment layer. The feeding spiral continuously pushes the deposited solid particles to the drying zone at the cone end of the drum for further dehydration and discharge through the slag discharge outlet. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows from the overflow outlet at the large end of the drum, thus achieving continuous separation of materials by the centrifuge.
