　　The main principle is that under the action of centrifugal force, solid phase materials deposit on the drum wall to form a sediment layer, and two types of liquid phase materials respectively form a light liquid phase ring and a heavy liquid phase ring. Starting from the drum wall, a solid phase layer, a heavy liquid phase layer, and a light liquid phase layer are sequentially formed inward. The spiral continuously pushes the solid material deposited on the drum wall to the cone end of the drum and discharges it outside the machine through the slag discharge outlet.
