The oil mud industry oil-water sand three-phase separation centrifuge (referred to as the three-phase horizontal screw centrifuge) is a new type of advanced horizontal screw centrifuge with advanced technical performance. It achieves effective separation of light liquid, heavy liquid, and solid phase in the same equipment, completely replacing the traditional complex three-phase separation process of solid-liquid two-phase separation and liquid-liquid separation, improving separation efficiency and reducing investment costs. It is a new product worth promoting in chemical, food, and petroleum industries such as palm oil, fish oil, coal tar, oilfield recovered oil, and catering waste oil.
The three-phase separation centrifuge equipment for oil-water sand in the sludge industry consists of seven mechanisms: feed components, chassis components, drum components, spiral components, differential gearbox, drive components, and casing components. Similar to the traditional two phase separation centrifuge, the only difference is its internal structure, which enables it to simultaneously separate oil (light liquid phase), water (heavy liquid phase), and solid slag (solid phase) with one feed.
