The LW350 sludge dewatering centrifuge is an automated dewatering and separation equipment that can process 5-10 cubic meters of sludge mixture per hour. It is driven by a motor, and the drum drives the differential housing to rotate. Due to the variable speed effect of the differential, the screw pusher rotates in the same direction as the drum at a certain differential speed (leading or lagging). The suspension to be separated enters the material bin of the spiral feeder through the feeding pipe, and after initial acceleration, it enters the rotary drum through the outlet of the material bin. Due to the centrifugal force, the suspension in the drum quickly separates into two phases: the heavier solid phase settles on the outer layer of the drum. Under the action of the spiral pusher, the sediment and separation liquid move in opposite directions. The sediment is pushed to the cone end for further dehydration and discharged through the slag outlet.
