The RWL series sludge concentration and dewatering integrated equipment, abbreviated as centrifugal dewatering machine, is a machine that continuously performs various process operations such as feeding, dewatering, washing, and discharging of suspended solids at full speed. When the machine is running, the power is first turned on, the main engine starts and automatically speeds up. When the predetermined value is reached, the feed valve opens, and the separated material (suspension) continuously enters along the feeding pipe, and is dispersed to the drum wall through several feed holes on the small end wall of the spiral wheel. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid in the suspension is connected to the filter screen and the holes on the drum wall, and is discharged outside the machine through the filtrate outlet of the casing. The solid phase is intercepted on the filter screen, forming a thin layer of filter residue. In the centrifugal field, due to the centrifugal force of the filter residue pointing along the drum busbar towards the large end, coupled with the thrust of the spiral blades rotating towards the large end, these two forces continuously push the filter residue from the small end of the drum towards the large end. The filter residue is constantly flipped by the spiral blades during the movement, greatly enhancing the separation process. The filter residue pushed out of the large end of the drum is discharged outside the machine through the shell slag port, achieving solid-liquid separation. As shown in the figure below
