Description :
The Electric Light AKS600 series is a professional three-phase AC motor soft start controller designed to solve the problems of grid impact and mechanical damage caused by direct starting of high-power motors. This device adopts advanced microprocessor control technology and uses thyristor (SCR) voltage regulation to achieve smooth and impact free start and stop of the motor, effectively extending the service life of mechanical equipment and reducing maintenance costs.
The product is equipped with a clear digital display screen on the front, which can display the operating current (A), voltage (V), and load percentage (%) in real time. Combined with multifunctional LED indicator lights, the device's operating status is clear at a glance. The user-friendly membrane button panel includes MODE, SET, RST, and RUN/STOP keys, supporting local parameter settings and operations. In addition, a standard RS-485 communication interface (COMM BUS) is reserved on the right side of the panel, supporting communication protocols such as Modbus, making it easy to connect to DCS or PLC systems for remote monitoring and automation management.
In terms of safety protection, AKS 600 has multiple built-in protection mechanisms, including overload, phase loss, overcurrent, overheating (TMP terminal supports PTC thermistor input) and other fault detection functions, ensuring the safe operation of the motor and load. Its main circuit adopts L1/L2/L3 incoming line and U/V/W outgoing line design, suitable for AC 380V industrial standard voltage environment. The control circuit provides abundant I/O terminals, supporting external buttons, relays, and analog signals (such as 0-20mA output).
