FY type submersible pump is a vertical single-stage single suction centrifugal pump designed for transporting corrosive liquids that do not contain suspended solid particles and are prone to crystallization. Its working part is submerged in liquid, and there is no leakage in the shaft seal. It has the characteristics of small footprint, reliable use, easy maintenance, and strong corrosion resistance. The FY type submersible pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum and chemical, and is widely used in chemical, acid, alkali, smelting, rare earth, dye, pharmaceutical, papermaking, electroplating, acid washing, and other industries. The conveying medium temperature of FY type submersible pump is generally -20 ℃ to 105 ℃, and can be -50 ℃ to 150 ℃ when special needs are met. The working pressure is designed at 1.6Mpa, the flow range is 1.6 to 2600m3/h, and the head range is 5 to 132m. The technical parameters of FY type submersible pump are improved and designed based on the transfer bucket submersible pump and the technology of similar foreign products. This pump eliminates the mechanical seal design commonly used in other submersible pumps and adopts a structured impeller, ensuring no leakage and a long service life. The pump is a vertical submersible pump with a beautiful appearance, which can be directly installed on the storage tank of the conveyed medium without additional land occupation, thereby reducing infrastructure investment. The centrifugal double balanced impeller is used for conveying clean media without solid particles. Low vibration noise, high efficiency, using an open double balanced impeller for conveying unclean liquids with solid particles and short fibers, running smoothly and without blockage. Instructions for use: FY type submersible pump mainly consists of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, and pipe flange. Guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe. Composed of components such as the liquid outlet pipe, bearing frame, base plate, and motor frame. The suction port of the pump follows the axis direction, and the outlet is parallel to the axis. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the suction port towards the motor end. The axial and radial forces of the pump are borne by the unidirectional thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and sliding guide bearings installed in the bearing box for normal pump operation. The bearings are lubricated with grease, and the guide bearings are lubricated with the conveyed liquid. Therefore, the liquid level must be higher than the centerline of the impeller during operation. The FY type submersible pump adopts soft packing seal as the basic sealing form and butter is passed through the packing ring to ensure normal operation and prolong the service life of the packing.
