Boiler dust collector, as a commonly used supporting equipment in boilers and industrial production, mainly emits particulate smoke and dust from boiler fuel and combustion process, which can significantly reduce the amount of smoke and dust discharged into the atmosphere. Boiler dust collectors have the following characteristics:
1. Exhaust gas desulfurization is achieved through multi-stage separation and dehydration through washing. The rotating washing device is designed and installed in a multi-stage separator for exhaust gas movement from bottom to top. When the exhaust gas enters the washing tower from the bottom, the liquid is decomposed to produce water droplets and water mist mixed in the gas and rises. This process increases the weight and adhesion of the dust body, allowing the sulfur dioxide gas to fully contact and neutralize the alkaline washing solution.
2. The structure adopts a cylindrical body, an internally standing cylinder, and a rotating multi piece inertial separation device designed on the upper part, which is both separate and closely connected. Not only does it disperse the liquid droplets separated from the gas and combine them with the liquid fluid on the circular basin, but it also transforms the rotating airflow into a multi port rotating separation. It can not only disperse the gas in multiple ways and join the liquid on the guide plate, but also effectively disperse the secondary liquid droplets in the gas.
3. The working area composed of an inner cylinder contains a circular dehydration cylinder outside, which enters the lower part of the working area and undergoes washing, water and gas mixing and rising, multiple centrifugal gas-liquid separations, and the re mixing of liquid droplets. After separation, the gas containing a small amount of liquid droplets enters the dehydration space and is subjected to reliable low-speed centrifugal separation and dehydration from bottom to top. The interior and exterior of the tower are all made of granite material. In this way, the tower body is not only beautiful, sturdy, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, but also will not leak air or water.
Working principle of boiler dust collector:
The flue gas from the boiler bag filter enters the Venturi through the inlet duct and is evenly sprayed with water at the throat inlet. Due to the high-speed movement of the flue gas, the sprayed water is melted into fine water mist to wet the ash material in the flue gas. In this way, the ash material collides and condenses with the water droplets, especially the small diameter dust material can be dissolved by the water mist. To achieve secondary dust removal and desulfurization, sufficient preparation is made for the separation of ash materials. After entering the cylinder, the rapidly cooled flue gas continues to impact the lime water in the pool. The dust and SO2 in the flue gas react with the lime water in the pool to form sulfates, which sink to the bottom of the water under the action of inertia, gravity, adhesion, and cohesion to complete the secondary desulfurization process. The water droplets, water mist, and washed flue gas stirred up by the flue gas are lifted apart by the fan's gravity, allowing the flue gas and lime water to fully react. Then, they are separated by the impeller dehydrator, and the water flows into the water tank through the drain pipe, completing the third dust removal and desulfurization of the flue gas. The purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the fan.
