  CBF series explosion-proof axial fans usually use aluminum alloy die-casting impellers, which have the characteristics of high strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. The shell is mostly welded or die cast from steel plates, and the surface is treated with electrostatic spraying to enhance its protective performance. The motor is a flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor with a protection level of IP54 or IP55 and an insulation level of F, ensuring stable operation in harsh environments. The implementation standards comply with GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 2: Equipment Protected by Explosion proof Enclosures".   When selecting CBF series explosion-proof axial flow fans, it is necessary to clarify the hazardous area classification, gas type, and temperature group of the usage site. Regularly inspect the blades for deformation, cracks, or dust accumulation, and promptly clean or replace any abnormalities found. The motor bearings need to be lubricated regularly, usually every 3000-5000 hours of operation. Pay attention to checking whether the grounding wire is reliable to prevent static electricity accumulation. If vibration intensifies, noise is abnormal, or the motor overheats, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before it can be restarted.
