Ultra high polymer wear-resistant pipelines are widely used in tailings pond return pipelines, tailings pond slurry discharge, river sand pumping and other fields. 1. High wear resistance: The wear resistance of ultra-high executives is 4-7 times that of steel, It is 2-3 times that of PE, and it is good for conveying small particle slurry of fly ash.
2. High impact resistance: Its impact strength is related to its molecular weight. The impact strength at room temperature is twice that of PC, five times that of ABS, eight times that of POM and PBT, more than 10 times that of PE100, and more than 16 times that of PE100 at minus 30 ℃. The cracking resistance is twice that of PE100.
3. Non stick: The inner wall of the ultra-high pipe is smooth, with a smoothness six times that of steel pipes. The flow resistance is low, and if the medium flow rate exceeds 2-4 meters per second, scaling is difficult to form. Even if it accumulates slowly over a long period of time to form a structural layer, it is not firm. Slight scaling can be easily removed with a wooden hammer, and the cost of cleaning is only one sixth of that of steel pipes. After acid washing, the surface remains smooth as before.
4. Easy installation: The weight per meter of the ultra-high pipe is only one eighth of the weight of the steel pipe, making loading, unloading, transportation, and installation more convenient, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.
5. UsetimeLong: After 50 years of underground use, its mechanical performance only decreases by 20%, its UV resistance is the same as PE100, and its fatigue strength is more than 16 times higher than PE100.
