    Description :

GGD type low-voltage outgoing cabinet is an AC low-voltage distribution equipment designed specifically for power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. This device is mainly used in power systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated working voltage of 380V, as a power lighting and distribution equipment for energy conversion, distribution, and control. The GGD low-voltage outgoing cabinet has a compact structure, high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, easy combination, strong series and practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. It is an ideal low-voltage switchgear for the new generation.

The GGD low-voltage outgoing cabinet adopts a universal cabinet structure, with a frame welded from steel sections, and door panels and side panels connected by bolts, resulting in high overall strength. The installation plate inside the cabinet is made of galvanized steel plate, which has good anti-corrosion performance. The main busbar adopts copper or aluminum bars, and the cross-section is selected according to the rated current to ensure conductivity. Circuit breakers, contactors, and other components are installed in functional unit rooms, with isolation boards between each room to prevent the spread of faults. The execution standard complies with the requirements of GB7251.1 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment", and has CCC certification to ensure product safety and reliability.

When selecting GGD low-voltage outgoing cabinets, it is necessary to clarify the rated current, short-circuit breaking capacity, and number of circuits. Suitable for places with large transformer capacity and concentrated load. If space is limited or a higher level of protection is required, withdrawable switchgear such as MNS or GCK can be considered, but GGD has advantages in maintenance convenience and cost. Not suitable for high-frequency operations or scenarios with strict volume limitations. During procurement, it is necessary to confirm the schematic diagram once to ensure that the component brand and parameters meet the design requirements and avoid on-site installation conflicts.

When installing the GGD low-voltage outgoing cabinet, it is necessary to ensure the levelness of the foundation channel steel, and the vertical deviation of the cabinet body should not exceed 1.5mm/m. When wiring, attention should be paid to consistent phase sequence and tightening torque in accordance with specifications to prevent poor contact and heat generation. Regular maintenance requires checking the temperature of the busbar connection point, cleaning the dust inside the cabinet, and checking the operating characteristics of the circuit breaker. Common faults include contact oxidation, insulation aging, etc. If any abnormalities are found, they should be promptly shut down for maintenance. Maintaining good ventilation and an ambient temperature not exceeding 40 ℃ can extend the service life of GGD low-voltage outgoing cabinets.
