    Description :

The lithium battery protection board is a core battery management system component used in two wheeled electric vehicles, three wheeled vehicles, and battery swapping cabinets. It mainly solves the problems of overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent, and short circuit protection of lithium batteries during charging and discharging, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the battery pack. This product is widely used in commercial B-end battery swapping networks and civilian C-end personal vehicles, supporting the scenario of converting lead-acid batteries into lithium batteries (lead to lithium). Through intelligent monitoring of battery cell status, it extends battery life, prevents thermal runaway risks, and serves as a safety guardian for various electric vehicle power sources.

This series of products supports multiple communication protocols and hardware configurations, with core specifications including Bluetooth communication function, which enables real-time viewing of battery voltage, current, remaining power, and health status on mobile devices. The product is compatible with ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphate battery cells, supporting multiple series and parallel combinations (such as 13 series, 16 series, 20 series and other common specifications), with high-precision voltage acquisition capability. The balanced current is usually designed between 50mA-200mA to ensure consistency of the battery cells in the pack. The shell is made of flame-retardant material, and the internal circuit is treated with three proof paint to adapt to harsh outdoor conditions such as humidity and vibration, in compliance with the general safety standards of the electronics industry.

When selecting, it is necessary to specify the type of battery pack (ternary or lithium iron), the number of strings (S-number), and the maximum continuous operating current. For commercial B-end battery swapping scenarios, it is necessary to choose a high-end Bluetooth battery swapping board that supports remote OTA upgrades and has CAN/RS485 communication interfaces in order to connect to the battery swapping cabinet management platform; For civilian C-end or lead to lithium users, they should choose a basic intelligent protection board that is easy to install and has a Bluetooth APP for intuitive display. If the original vehicle has a lead-acid battery structure, it is necessary to confirm whether the size of the protective board is suitable for the original battery compartment space, and check the voltage matching of the charger to avoid charging failure or frequent disconnection of the protective board due to parameter mismatch.

Before installation, it is necessary to check the wiring sequence. Connect the ribbon cable first and then the main circuit. Reverse connection is strictly prohibited to avoid burning the protective board. In daily use, it is recommended to regularly check the voltage difference of the battery cells through the Bluetooth app. If the voltage difference is too large, manual balancing or checking the health of the battery cells is necessary. Avoid prolonged high current charging and discharging in extreme high or low temperature environments, and maintain ventilation and heat dissipation of the battery pack. Common faults such as inability to charge or no output are often caused by loose wiring, blown fuses, or triggering protection mechanisms. Reset or eliminate short circuits to restore normal operation, with simple maintenance and no need for professional equipment for basic troubleshooting.
