Coal tar oil water slag three-phase separator, coal tar slag removal and dehydration equipment, coal tar water oil slag separator

Coal tar and water have different densities, and can be separated by standing or centrifugation.

The moisture content of crude tar is generally around 4%, and the temperature of tar is maintained at 70-80 ° C. After standing for a period of time, the moisture content usually drops to around 2-3%. The current common method is to heat it to 120-130 ° C in a tube furnace, and then flash evaporate and dehydrate it in a disposable evaporator to remove moisture to around 0.5; The method used in the UK is the azeotropic continuous dehydration of light oil, while Japan uses the pressurized dehydration method.

The dehydration of tar is carried out in two steps: preliminary dehydration and final dehydration.

Preliminary dehydration is carried out in the tar storage tank, which is equipped with a steam indirect heater to maintain the tar temperature at 85-95 ° C and let it stand for more than 36 hours. Water and tar are separated due to different densities. This dehydration method can only remove the moisture content of tar to 2-3%, while the tar entering the distillation system requires a moisture content of no more than 0.5%, so final dehydration is also required.

The widely used method for final dehydration is to heat the tar in the convection section of a tube furnace to 120-130 ° C, and then flash dehydrate it in a single evaporator. The moisture content of the tar can be reduced to no more than 0.5%. In addition, tar can also be dehydrated under pressure (0.3-1.0MPa) and heating (120-150 ° C) in a dedicated dehydration device. This method can destroy emulsified water, prevent water vaporization, separate water and discharge it in liquid form, reducing heat consumption.

There is also a method of separating coal tar and water using the Lishui Ruichen coal tar oil-water slag three-phase separator, coal tar slag dewatering equipment, and coal tar oil-water slag separator.

      1. Heat still and separate water.

      2. Separate using a three-phase centrifuge.

First, heat it to 80-90 degrees in the storage tank, then let it stand for 48 hours until the moisture content drops below 4%. Alternatively, it can be dehydrated using a three-phase centrifuge after standing still.
