　　This series of equipment, abbreviated as oil-water residue separator, is a new type of separation equipment that operates continuously as a settling device. It has the characteristics of compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, high production capacity, and easy maintenance.

　　Waste oil deslagging oil-water separator, waste oil deslagging filtration equipment, waste oil deslagging centrifugal separator, its working principle is as follows:

　　The material to be separated enters the acceleration chamber of the spiral pusher through the feeding tube and then enters the inner wall of the high-speed rotating drum. Due to the different specific gravities of the light liquid phase, heavy liquid phase, and insoluble solid phase in the material, the centrifugal force experienced by the three-phase materials is not the same. The insoluble solid phase is settled to the inner wall (outside) due to the specific gravity of the centrifuge, while the light liquid phase is settled far away from the inner wall (outside) of the drum due to the small centrifugal force experienced. The heavy liquid phase is in the middle, and the insoluble solid phase is discharged from the solid discharge port through the spiral pusher with a relative speed difference from the drum. The light and heavy liquid phases are then separated by different structures inside the machine, with the heavy liquid phase being separated by centripetal force. Pump discharge, light liquid phase is discharged by gravity, thus achieving the purpose of three-phase separation of materials. The light and heavy liquid phases of our company's three-phase decanter centrifuge are discharged by gravity and centrifugal force respectively, effectively avoiding material mixing and incomplete separation. Ordinary three-phase decanter centrifuges often have unstable components of light and heavy liquid phases during operation, resulting in incomplete separation. The three-phase decanter centrifuge we have launched can adjust the interface between light and heavy liquid phases during machine operation according to changes in material composition, thereby achieving ideal separation effect of materials.

　　1. Material concentration:

　　The material is required to have good flowability, with no impact on the feed. The weight percentage of the mixed liquid-solid phase concentration is generally ≤ 20% (good flowability can be appropriately relaxed).

　　2. Material temperature:

　　The allowable material temperature for this centrifuge is ≤ 900C.

　　3. Separation range:

　　A、 When the viscosity of the liquid phase is low and the particle size of the solid phase is large, it is required that the difference in specific gravity between solid, liquid, and liquid be ≥ 0.05g/cm3 (solid weight, liquid weight).

　　B、 When the viscosity of the liquid phase is low and the difference in specific gravity between the solid and liquid phases is large (specific gravity difference ≥ 1g/cm3), it is required that the solid phase particles be ≥ 0.005mm and the difference in specific gravity between the liquid and liquid phases be ≥ 0.05g/cm3.

　　C、 When the viscosity of the liquid phase is high or the solid-liquid density is small and the solid particles are very fine, it will affect the separation effect and may even be unsuitable.

　　D、 When solid particles are easily damaged, it will also affect the separation efficiency.
