Its core positioning is a precision transmission component with wide rail design, high torque, medium load, and single axis use. It achieves anti overturning and rigidity performance far beyond the standard guide rail of the same specification in a compact size, and is designed for automation precision equipment with limited space but high requirements for stability and load force.

1、 Structure and Real Performance Characteristics

1. Wide reinforcement design → Torque bearing

The width of the guide rail has been widened to 24 mm, allowing a static moment of approximately three times that of the DVN12 standard guide rail of the same specification. The basic rated load is about 1.4 times, and it can be used independently on a single axis without the need for dual axis assembly, greatly saving installation space.

2. Goethe style four point contact (45 °)

Two columns of steel balls form a four point equal load contact with the raceway, which can evenly bear composite loads in all directions including up and down, left and right, front and rear, and overturning. It has strong rigidity, stable positioning accuracy, and smooth operation.

3. Steel ball retainer+anti drop design

The slider is equipped with a micro retaining wire, which prevents the steel ball from falling off when the slider is removed; Precision retainers ensure low noise, no jamming, and interchangeability within the precision range.

4. Full steel ball circulation system

Full steel ball reflux structure, low friction coefficient, smooth walking, slow precision degradation during long-term use, and stable service life.

5. Lubrication and dust prevention (real configuration)

Reserved oil injection hole on the end cap side (without external oil nozzle), which can be directly refilled with a syringe for easy maintenance

Equipped with double-sided oil scraper and bolt cover (standard configuration for 12 specifications), effectively blocking dust, cutting fluid, and oil stains, suitable for dusty/semi clean environments
