Description :

　The catalytic combustion device consists of an inner liner and an outer shell. Fill the insulation material between the inner and outer shells to ensure that the temperature is maintained below 60 ℃. The inner chamber of the equipment includes heat exchange, catalytic chamber, and preheating chamber. The catalytic chamber is filled with particle catalysts with decomposition properties, and the preheating chamber is equipped with electric heating tubes. The equipment is preheated using electric heating. The entire catalytic combustion device is controlled by PLC, and the equipment can achieve fully automatic operation during operation.

　　3. It can be used in various drying channels, printing iron cans, surface spraying, printing ink, mechanical and electrical insulation and other drying production lines to purify the organic waste gas generated in each process.
