Description :
Spray tower, also known as washing tower, water washing tower, purification tower, desulfurization tower, is a commonly used equipment in gas-liquid reaction systems. Waste gas and liquid are in reverse contact, and after washing, the gas is purified, dust removed, and cooled. Currently, it is widely used in industrial acid-base waste gas treatment. The acid-base waste gas treatment tower is divided into single tower and double tower. It adopts a circular tower body and is connected in sections with flanges. Specifically, it consists of a liquid storage tank, tower body, inlet section, spray layer, packing layer, cyclone defogging layer, outlet cone cap, observation hole, etc.
Working principle of spray tower:
The main operation mode of the spray tower is to continuously introduce acid mist exhaust gas into the purification tower through the air duct. After passing through the packing layer, the exhaust gas and sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted, absorbed and neutralized. After purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top of the tower, then refluxed to the bottom for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of the local emission standards in Guangdong Province and is lower than the emission standards.
The following is the process flow of the waste gas treatment project: discharged acid mist waste gas → enters the air duct → passes through the acid alkali waste gas treatment tower → fan → air duct → meets the emission standards.
