          The high-precision refrigeration constant temperature bath is mainly composed of a refrigeration system, a heating system, a temperature control system, and a stirring system. The tank is divided into a mixing zone and a working zone. The cooling capacity generated by the refrigeration system in the mixing zone is cooled by the evaporator to reduce the temperature of the liquid (medium) in the tank, while the temperature control system controls the operation of the heater based on the temperature measured by the sensor. Then, the liquid (medium) mixed thoroughly and uniformly by the stirring system is sent to the working zone that is less affected by external interference. Thus obtaining a liquid space with stable temperature and uniform temperature field.

It adopts a fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system, and the outer shell and inner liner are made of all stainless steel materials. The product is supplied to the metrology department as a first-class and second-class standard mercury thermometer and Beckman thermometer. Industrial platinum resistance thermometers are used for calibration of standard copper constantan thermocouples, and can also be used as high-precision heat and cold sources for production and scientific research. The refrigeration constant temperature bath is a high-precision self-control digital temperature calibration device, which has the characteristics of good temperature stability, uniform temperature field, and high temperature control accuracy.
