When the suspension to be separated is fed into the drum through the feed pipe, the high-speed rotating drum ignites and generates strong centrifugal force, causing solid particles with higher density than the liquid phase to settle on the inner wall of the drum. Due to the different rotational speeds of the screw and drum, there is relative motion between the two, and the denser solid settles on the drum wall.

　　The drum and the screw rotate at a certain speed difference in the same direction and high speed. The material is continuously introduced into the inner cylinder of the conveying screw through the feeding pipe, accelerated and enters the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, heavier solid substances deposit on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. The feeding spiral continuously pushes the deposited solid phase to the cone end of the drum and discharges it outside the machine through the slag discharge outlet. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows from the large end overflow port of the drum and is discharged outside the machine through the discharge port. This machine can continuously feed, separate, wash, and discharge materials at full speed.
