The centrifuge host is composed of a rotary drum, a screw propeller, a large end support plate, a small end support plate, a differential, a main drive motor, an auxiliary drive motor, a hydraulic coupling, a bearing seat, a rotating body cover, a transmission cover, a transmission belt, a control box, and a base. The rotor and propeller are the core components of the centrifuge, where the solid-phase separation of drilling fluid is carried out.
When the centrifuge is working, the drilling fluid enters the centrifuge through the inlet pipe, and under the action of the centrifugal force field, the material forms a liquid ring on the inner wall of the rotating drum. The solid phase with high density is thrown to the outer layer of the liquid ring and tightly adheres to the inner wall of the rotating drum to form a solid phase layer, while the liquid phase with low density and solid phase are in the inner layer of the liquid ring. The scraper of the screw propeller scrapes off the solid layer attached to the inner wall of the rotary drum and pushes it towards the small end dehydration zone. The solid particles in the dehydration zone are squeezed and dehydrated by the centrifuge, squeezing out all the free water and then being sent by the screw propeller to the small end bottom flow nozzle for discharge. The liquid phase in the inner layer of the liquid ring is discharged from the overflow hole at the large end and enters the circulation system.
