The North China Oilfield oil-based mud processing project is located in Hebei Province. During the production process and at the bottom of the oil tank, oil-based mud is generated, requiring equipment to discharge 12-22.5t/h of slag per hour. Due to the rudimentary mud treatment facilities and failure to handle it in a timely manner, it has caused environmental pollution in the factory area.
Basic properties of oil-based mud:
Oil based mud wastewater contains a large amount of sediment and requires reduction treatment, mainly to remove or reduce pollutant factors such as SS. According to on-site investigation and analysis, ① the effluent requirements are not high; ② The mud generated at the bottom of drilling and oil tanks mainly contains a large amount of suspended solids (mud) and is accompanied by rock debris; ③ Contains very small amounts of other soluble substances

The horizontal centrifugal dewatering machine uses a working speed higher than the standard centrifuge to achieve a higher separation factor, achieve more efficient separation, obtain higher clarity of the supernatant, and greatly improve the solid recovery rate. The material is transported to the spiral discharge port through the feeding pipe, and is evenly distributed on the rotary drum through the high-speed rotating spiral discharge port. The main motor drives the rotary drum to rotate at high speed, generating thousands of times centrifugal acceleration. Solid particles quickly deposit and accumulate on the inner wall of the rotary drum, and the spiral conveyor, which moves relative to the rotary drum, continuously transports the sediment to the sediment discharge port.
