The working principle of the three-phase separation horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge is basically similar to that of the ordinary horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge. Energy saving design of the drive system: The horizontal screw centrifuge adopts a dual motor dual frequency conversion energy feedback drive system, consisting of a main motor and an auxiliary motor each equipped with a frequency converter. Under the action of differential speed, the energy regenerated when the auxiliary motor is in the generating state is fed back to the main motor through a DC common bus, saving energy.
