With the continuous increase in labor costs, the semi automation of plate and frame filter presses is no longer able to meet the requirements. The centrifugal dewatering equipment for oilfield sludge is based on the principle of centrifugal separation, which means that as the speed of a space around a central point increases, the centrifugal force generated separates the solid phase from the liquid phase, thereby achieving the dewatering effect. Then, through the action of a spiral pusher, the mud layer accumulated on the surface of the rotary drum of the horizontal spiral centrifuge is pushed out of the drum. The entire process does not require manual operation, with automatic feeding and discharging. The part that requires manual operation is the dosing device, but the automatic dosing device can be selected, so there is no need for manual operation throughout the process.

The oilfield sludge material is transported to the spiral discharge port through the feeding pipe, and the material is evenly distributed on the rotary drum through the high-speed rotating spiral discharge port. The main motor drives the rotary drum to rotate at high speed through a belt, generating thousands of times centrifugal acceleration. Solid particles quickly deposit and accumulate on the inner wall of the rotary drum. The spiral conveyor, which moves relative to the rotary drum, continuously transports the sediment to the sediment discharge port. Under the joint action of the extrusion of the spiral conveyor and the dehydration section of the rotary drum, the moisture of the solid particles is removed as much as possible. The separated clear liquid is discharged by gravity through the weir plate or by the centrifugal pump with pressure provided by the equipment. By controlling the speed of the differential input shaft (the back drive device includes a constant torque variable frequency motor, coupler, hydraulic motor, etc.), the speed difference (i.e. differential speed) between the screw conveyor and the drum can be adjusted to control the slag discharge speed and separation performance.
The motor drives the non porous drum and the concentric installation of the feeding screw to rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction at high speed. The material is continuously introduced into the conveying spiral inner cylinder through the feeding pipe, accelerated and enters the rotary drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, heavier solid substances deposit on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. The feeding spiral continuously pushes the deposited solid matter to the cone end of the drum, and discharges it out of the drum and outside the machine through the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows from the large end overflow port of the drum and is discharged outside the machine through the discharge port.
Design concept of centrifugal dewatering equipment for oilfield sludge:
1. The structure of the sludge dewatering machine is designed in a counterflow manner, with the frame designed in a platform form, the motor distributed at both ends, and the drum cone end feeding, avoiding the drawbacks of using longer feeding pipes.
2. The drum is made of stainless steel material (all components of the carbon steel type equipment are made of carbon steel material), welded, and processed by intergranular corrosion dehydration. The slag outlet of the cone cylinder is embedded with replaceable nano ceramic wear-resistant lining. (It can also be made according to the materials requested by the user)
3. Stainless steel screws are used for all parts of the machine components that come into contact with sludge and sewage, as well as for all connecting fasteners; Implement machine water dynamic balance correction at working speed to ensure the balance of the entire machine in working condition and reduce noise.
