      The working principle of the Ruichen RCWLS oil residue water three-phase separator is similar to that of the RCWLS two-phase horizontal discharge settling centrifuge (three-phase horizontal screw centrifuge). Two liquid phases and one solid phase enter the centrifuge, and the solid-liquid density difference is utilized to expand it by thousands of times through centrifugal force. The solid phase is settled under the action of centrifugal force, and the two liquid phases are also separated, achieving three-phase separation, which is discharged through three ports under the special structure of the three-phase centrifuge. The entire operation process (feeding, separation, etc.) is completed automatically and continuously in a closed manner.

When the main bearing is suddenly damaged in some unexpected extreme working conditions, or the jumping amplitude caused by the deviation of the main engine rotation center reaches the axial clearance value reserved between the inner ring of the protective bearing and the main shaft, the protective bearing starts to work. Under the action of protecting the bearing, the equipment stops smoothly, ensuring that the main components of the equipment are not damaged and ensuring production safety.

      

      11. GSRL high-speed feeding device

      By adjusting the internal design of the spiral core tube, without reducing the centrifugal acceleration of the original separation solution, the following time of the material entering the centrifuge is shortened, the turbulence of the vortex is reduced, and the separation time is increased. At the same time, it can increase the working pressure inside the centrifuge and inhibit the production of liquid foam.
